1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and the operators of the test3198 platform (hereinafter referred to as "test3198", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://test3198.cam. By registering an account, logging in or otherwise accessing any portion of the test3198 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2Definitions

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the test3198 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by or on behalf of corporations, syndicates or other legal entities are not permitted.

4. You must not hold, or have previously held, any other Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted regardless of the device or IP address used.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4Account Registration and Security

During registration, Users are required to create a unique username and a strong password. The following obligations apply in connection with Account security:

• Users must notify test3198 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
• test3198 will never request a User's password through email, live chat or any unsolicited communication channel.
• Users are advised to enable any two-factor or additional verification options offered on the Platform.
• test3198 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a User's failure to maintain adequate security over their Account credentials.

Accounts that show no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. test3198 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts as specified in the fee schedule, which shall be made available within the Account management section of the Platform.

5Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

test3198 supports a range of payment methods relevant to Malaysian users, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposits are subject to the amounts specified on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction. These amounts are denominated in MYR.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the User's verified legal name. Withdrawals to accounts held in a different name will be declined.

• Chargebacks, reversals or disputes raised with a payment provider without first contacting test3198 support may result in Account suspension and recovery proceedings for amounts disputed in bad faith.

6Bonuses and Promotions

test3198 may offer promotional bonuses, referral rewards, VIP incentives and other time-limited offers. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer:

1. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by eligible Users only. Systematic exploitation of promotions, whether individually or in coordination with other Users, constitutes Prohibited Activity.
2. Each promotion has an expiry date. Bonus credits and associated winnings that have not been used or cleared before expiry will be forfeited automatically.
3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived balance may be withdrawn. The eligible games and contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the test3198 Platform. Engaging in any such activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, devices or IP addresses.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or influence game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Participating in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or financing of criminal enterprises, whether through the Platform or in connection with it.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, where test3198 has restricted access, or using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Abusing promotions through coordinated multi-account bonus redemption, exploitation of system errors or other forms of advantage play that fall outside the spirit of fair entertainment.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith while simultaneously retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds.

8Responsible Gambling

9Intellectual Property

10Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues or events outside test3198's reasonable control.

• Losses arising from a User's failure to follow account security best practices or compliance with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian consumer protection law.

11Termination and Account Closure

Users may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to test3198 support. Accounts used for responsible-gambling self-exclusion may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before closure is finalised.

test3198 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User is found to have engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 7.
• The User fails to satisfy or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• The User provides false or unverifiable documentation during the KYC process.
• An Account shows characteristics consistent with fraud, money laundering or abuse of the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to test3198.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance not subject to a compliance hold will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings accrued through Prohibited Activity are not refundable.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which test3198 is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute, Users are requested to first submit a formal complaint to the test3198 support team by email. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body or regulatory authority under the Platform's operating licence. Users who are located in Malaysia retain any rights afforded to them under Malaysian consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually excluded.
